A.) LappyMats are custom designed to fit & protect your individual screen size. If you have a 15.4” Laptop, our 15.4” offering will cover and protect your investment. If you feel our dimensions are a little shy of what you would like, you can always contact our LappyMat Chop Shop.

A.) LappyMats.com has teamed up with USPS to ship all of our orders to the edges of this earth. LappyMats.com retains the right to adjust shipping rates from PayPal specified shipping for all international orders. In most cases the cost is the same, but for some remote locations your shipping fee may differ from time of purchase.
How soon will LappyMats.com ship my order?
A.) LappyMats.com will do its best to get your order shipped within 1 day from the time you order. You will receive an order confirmation from both PayPal and LappyMats.com. Once the LappyMats.com verification E-mail gets to you, your order is already in the mail.
A.) It is our goal to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our LappyMat product. If you find that our product is faulty or does not meet your requirements. Feel free to return your product back to LappyMats.com within 15 days of purchase and you will be refunded the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping). What kind of warranty do I get with my LappyMat?
A.) LappyMats will not ship with a limited warranty, but will have a LIFETIME guarantee.
A.) LappyMats are made of 100% polymer that is machine washable. LappyMats.com recommends to wash items on cold settings and to let hang dry. If you feel the need to dry your LappyMat in the dryer, set it to tumble dry low or no heat.
